Visiting Physicians is an alliance of primary care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, as well as Specialists, who are dedicated to providing quality home healthcare services to the homebound. We recognize the special needs of the less-mobile patient and strive to provide a model of care that promotes patient and caregiver involvement in the process while maintaining the dignity of each patient. We collaborate with ancillary home health agencies, which provide in-home nursing, physical therapy, home health aides, and medical equipment and supplies.

Since 1999, Visiting Physicians has bridged the gap between the homebound patient and comprehensive healthcare services that are usually offered in an office setting. Patients are treated in the comfort and security of their own homes for non-emergency needs, minimizing hospital and nursing home admissions. By bringing back the traditional House Call, the patient can remain at home, enjoying an improved quality of life.
